  • Registration fees do not include 20% VAT.
  • Registration fees include participation in the scientific program, symposium printed materials (name badge, certificate of attendance, pocket program), coffee breaks, and lunches during the scientific program days.
  • Registration fees cover participation in the scientific program of the symposium on 18, 19, and 20 May 2026.

Registration and Accommodation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 27 March 2026 will be refunded, excluding bank transfer costs.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 27 March 2026 .
  • All applicable refunds will be processed after the symposium.
